What an enquiry contains

When you submit a project or contact form, we receive your name, email address and the details you enter. Depending on the form, you may also provide a website, business name, phone number, budget, timing or market. Do not put payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to understand your request, reply, and discuss possible services. The website sends the submission through its server to an internal receiving mailbox. The public sales and support addresses forward to the same team inbox.

Enquiry email retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to three months. Arrangements for information supplied under a subsequent client contract should be stated in that agreement. We still need to verify the mailbox deletion process and any provider backup periods before publication.

Other channels and analytics

Email, phone and WhatsApp open their respective services, whose handling of your communication is governed by those providers. This package does not install GA4 or advertising pixels. If analytics are added later, this notice and any required visitor choices must be updated first.
