SoulGait / international markets

Build for the markets you can actually serve.

A country page earns its place when the offer, language, payment, support or fulfilment is meaningfully different. Start with one credible international journey and expand from actual customer needs.

Primary acquisition market / United States

Design around the US customer journey.

Our priority is US astrology and psychic businesses. We scope the offer, booking or call path, time-zone handling, charged price, response ownership and support before deciding what to build or market. An India-based remote team can serve this market only when the actual collaboration and customer journey are clear.

01 / The buyer journey

Define the market as an operating choice.

A psychic in the UK taking US calls, an Indian astrologer offering consultations to Canada and an Australian reader network each face different time-zone, payment, language and support decisions. The homepage does not need to pretend each market is a separate business. It should say what is available, in which hours, through which channel and at what charged price.

Before a market launch, confirm who is responsible for answering enquiries, whether a practitioner can fulfil the booked service, which payment methods the actual business and processor support, how customers reschedule or request a refund, and whether the content has a qualified reviewer. Decisions about taxes, advertising, privacy and consumer protection need local professional review.

See the international consultation booking guide ↗ for the end-to-end test, including payment failure and time-zone changes.

02 / Market planning lens

Five markets, different questions.

These are questions for a real project brief, not statements that SoulGait already has local teams, clients or payment capabilities in each country.

MarketFirst operational questionEvidence needed before a dedicated page
United StatesWhich customer time zones and contact windows can be supported, and how does the chosen channel handle the handoff?Real schedule coverage, landing experience, paid-search restrictions by offer, charged currency and support path.
United KingdomCan a GBP-priced service be booked and fulfilled with clear preparation, cancellation and privacy information?Confirmed processor setup, actual practitioner hours, reviewed customer terms and UK-specific service questions.
CanadaDoes a national offer work in all intended regions, and is a second language genuinely supported throughout the journey?Availability across time zones, payment and support coverage, and fully reviewed language-specific content if offered.
AustraliaCan an overseas operations team answer and fulfil an enquiry within a stated local window?Live contact hours, appointment confirmation and fallback; verified payment and support workflow.
IndiaWhich practice and language are served, and does mobile contact lead to an actual booked or paid outcome?Offer-specific proof, accurate contact handling, payment and scheduling flow, and a maintained local-language journey where relevant.

The right launch order depends on the business and its existing audience. These questions are not a ranking of countries or a claim about local law.

03 / When to publish regional URLs

Require a substantial difference.

A regional page should offer more than a place name in the title. It might explain service formats available there, language coverage, customer support windows, payment presentation, a distinct regulated workflow or a locally reviewed example. If the customer would see the same service and next step everywhere, keep the content together.

Separate language versions may need a complete translated journey, clearly structured URLs and the appropriate signals to search engines. A declaration of “available worldwide” does not establish compliance or reliable service in every country. Google advises treating regional and language variants as useful user experiences rather than a set of near-duplicate query targets.

Read the international SEO section ↗ and use the agency selection scorecard ↗.
