Commercial reality
Information architecture before decoration.
Design for independent psychics and reader businesses with clear services, ethical trust signals, booking journeys and mobile-first conversion.
Compare phone, video and written readings; show duration, price, available times and what a first client should prepare.
A visitor considering a first reading should see the practitioner, method and boundaries before the payment step. A network needs a searchable reader profile and a trustworthy availability state.
We review the existing offer and the way the team delivers it before choosing layouts, channels or software. The first release should explain the service and complete the central action reliably.
Information architecture before decoration.
Map services, trust questions and conversion events, then build a distinctive visual system around them.
A moodboard is not a strategy; the page still has to make the offer legible in seconds.
A solo phone reader can start with a profile, three reading offers, calendar, payment and a short confirmation sequence. Each offer states the rate, duration and what happens if the call disconnects. A reader network instead needs a comparable profile system, real availability, routing and operator oversight; putting dozens of unverified profiles on a site is not a functioning network.
During discovery, walk through a first-time visitor arriving from a search result on a phone. Can that person find the reading format and a price, choose a time or available reader, and see the next step? Then walk through the same booking from the operator side. The handoff and exception path belong in the design brief.
Psychic website and booking starts with a customer action and an operating owner. These are example scope decisions to refine together, not a claim that every business needs the same stack.
A service menu that states format, duration, price and what happens after payment; a reader profile and permissioned proof; an accessible mobile booking flow; cancellation and privacy information.
A solo practitioner could launch with three clear reading offers, a local-time calendar, payment handoff, confirmation and a manually tested reschedule path.
From a phone in a different time zone, can a first-time visitor choose the right reading, understand the total price and receive a correct confirmation?
Send the offer, customer market, current website or workflow and the step where enquiries or bookings stall. We can discuss the right scope from there. Use the agency scorecard before comparing proposals.

Document the path from first visit to the completed service. Confirm content ownership, price and availability rules, privacy of any submitted details, fallback when an action fails, and the person who responds to the customer. The visual design supports those answers.

For a US reading practice, show call, video and written formats with local-time availability and a clear price basis. Test the first booking from a US mobile device, including what happens when the reader is unavailable.
The project brief should state who replies, which time zones the team can support and who owns the relevant payment, phone or booking accounts. Read the market framework ↗
